Community groups come in all shapes and sizes, from groups meeting around a kitchen table to highly structured organisations with large budgets and a professional workforce. What all these groups have in common is their passion for their cause. But passion alone is not enough to provide good stewardship - modern community boards, whatever their size or style, need to be adaptable, knowledgeable and responsible.
The Board Builder Conference provides the opportunity to reflect, learn, network and identify strategies for practical renewal of your board. This is the conference for all people who sit on a board, manage a board, work with a board, or want to get on a board.
